I think it's good idea! They seem to be heading in the right direction for wetter climates. If they did a LT version like the Piaggio MP3 - that car drivers could legally use - it might tempt the bravest away from queuing in their cars... ;)

I guess that whilst the huge screen will keep you dry on the move, you'll get wet whilst stationary at traffic lights, so the add on roof might help there. Though whether it'll get blown away at speed I dunno, and it doesn't look very wide so your arms would get wet anyway.

There are lots of oddities but it does look like the ideal commuter - safe, weather resistant and fairly practical, and in urban areas you won't need huge amounts of performance. And the amount I got wet on my 10 minute commute the other day makes me very aware of its advantages! However owners should not be afraid of attracting attention!

There was one at the traffic lights in Brighton this morning, I think the idea may be ok, but not sure its for me and dont think I would like to take it out on a windy day or on the motorway.
