as i looked at what replies i have to this , my security popped up 5 threats.. so not sure where they came from , but it was only from this site as none of the others have done it...and no not been on the porn sites...

Thanks, removed and made the file read only, it was set as writeable by owner... which is slightly concerning.
Was expecting it to be in the php files not the html on the upper level
