I know Ive watched Motorway Patrol on Discovery channel LOL. Unfortunately in UK we have cameras scanning number plates they can instantly check road tax Insurance or MOT (warrant of fitness I think you call it ).They can take a vehicle and crush it

Our rego sucks .
ACC or accident insurance built in to it which is 90 percent of rego cost say $300 of $400.
But you can only ride one at a time.
Insurance for damage,theft or fire is a seperate cost.again.
These guys will reduce there costs on multipal as they realise you can only ride one at a time.
A fair way would be to charge Acc levies on the class of license you hold for the risk of that class but not likely as this would drop the governments revenue
