Mileage on a Tmax or most scoots isnt a problem if they've been serviced. The good thing about scoots is with the CVT transmission you cant labour the engine. It always sits at optimum revs for what is being demanded of it. So you could say the engines get a perfect working life.
My mk1 Tmax had just over 50k on and was running fine, didnt use any oil or water etc. Seen a few with over 70k miles on and they've all been mechanically fine too. So I wouldn't hesitate buying one with higher than average miles. Usual caveats apply when it comes to inspecting it first of course.
