Yesterday dragged Rosalyn my 2 nd Helix out of back of my shack started her up she was smelling of petrol found leaky fuel pipe so sorted that with new piece .Today run her up to temp till fan cut in just in case get stuck in traffic in Scotland in a heat wave :lol: :lol: Booked Mot for friday morning got Insurance quotes £59 with Saga :lol: :lol: Ordered my tour teeshirt and lettering for Helix "Lands End John o groats or Bust " :lol: :lol: .Bit of prepping for MOT quick run around the block and will be all systems go .This is my newer one 1990 H reg so only 24 years old see how she copes with the run between us Me and Jaz should have enough spares on board for on road repairs .Meet a Muppet road show will soon be ready to roll 2 weeks Friday on 11th ready to meet at start point for Saturday departure .

I was really looking forward to you guys coming down but unfortunately I will be in Spain when you are here :( & :D

If you have time why not come down the A30 from Exeter Just after Launceston there is a junction that joins the A395 then to the A39 and down to Camelford. stay on this road and it follows the coast right down to Newquay. go through Newquay taking the through traffic route then take the A3075 back out to the main A30. follow the A30 down to Hayle. At Hayle go to St Ives you can go right through the main street along the sea front just keep going along the road following the through traffic signs then head for Lands End on the B3306 just keep following the B3306 and this will take you straight to Sennen & lands End. This route will give you some fantastic views taking in St Ives and along the coast road to Lands End breathtaking scenery.
