Well to be fair they are stupidly priced when new.

But at around £6k for a barely used GT Highline, hmmm. Interesting....

A lot of that drop is money lost to the taxman, circa £1700
The more any new vehicle costs, the more you lose in tax.
Given that the standard bike cost (excluding tax) is currently £7954 then £6250 for a year old used one is possibly a bit high imo.

Neither, for all I know its clear profit; won it as a prize, bought it accident damaged, inherited it or just as easily paid over the odds. I've no idea
