Its basically an Majesty with big wheels. There is nothing wrong with it at all to ride I believe, but it is the ugliest scoot ever made. Not sure how much underseat storage its got - I think its not as bad as some big wheelers - maybe one full face helmet space??

Well doing some research reveals its not actually a Yamaha engine, from what I've been reading it's Minerelli(?) engine.

Hiya

This is a translation from a French magazine doing a review

While it may seem surprising, the choice of cylinder capacity (264 real cm3) is before all availability in Minarelli (already the Majesty 125 supplier).

Nope it's not the one in Rochdale... Which dealer is selling that one?

Yes...All the Yamaha small scooter engines are made by Minarelli. All Yamaha little scoots for the European market are made by MBK in France (and there are normally MBK versions on sale as well). Both Minarelli and MBK are wholly owned by Yamaha.

The Tmax is exclusively Japanese made I think - I presume all the Majesty's are made in France but I could be wrong.

Yup - thats the company! Bit naughty describing a 264cc engine as 300 though...
