I met a bloke at Newlands Corner today on a Bev 350. He got £400 off list price from BGM scooters in London. He rates it at the best scooter he has owned, including a Burgman 400, 2 Silverwings, Hexagon, Honda Sh, Vespa GTS to name a few hes had. Hes had an indicated 95mph, so about 87mph in real terms and its only done a few hundred miles. Hes getting around 70mpg now, but he says its so fast and smooth.

He had a mate with him whos looking to buy an X10 after trying the 350 engine... its all sounding good for Piaggio

That'd be Metropolis. I'd avoid them at all cost. Both their Bevs are 300s no 350s in stock, and I doubt they will until they sell the 300s. They're all about sales and not about customer service...

Mine is coming from Scootech who are a lovely east end of London dealer. Slocombes are good but lack the personal service thing...

The Bev is a great handling scoot. The 2004 B125 I had was great with its large and wide tyres.

I once visited Scootech, was very impressed.

motech in newcastle has the bev 350 gt in stock or did the other day its quite smart but i couldnt live with a bike named beverly no matter how nice it looks or goes!
