Hi all, new user here. I have been riding scooters for a couple of years now. Started on an old Majesty 250 when I got my A licence and then moved up to a Forza 350 once I was confident I wouldn't wreck a new bike in the first corner I take. I also ride a Honda GB350s as for commuting and my partner has a Forza 125 (still on her CBT). We recently decided to also get a Burgman 650 (2013) as a big daft scoot for going out together. I know the whole CVT on these guys is a thing, but we tried one of them and we just love the big luxury feel of it so we're taking a punt on it anyway and just maintain it as well as possible to make it last as long as possible.
Well, hope that covers it for intros. Be seeing you around!
Hi all

Re: Hi all
Welcome! Some nice bikes there. Two that I've never ridden, but would like try, are the Forza 125 and the GB350s.

Re: Hi all
The Forza 125 is nice, really. It's not so different from the 350. Less power, obviously, but it's still pretty powerful for a 125. Definitely capable of longer dual carriageway journeys. And the GB350 is basically a replacement for my YBR125 commute bike. It's a lot of fun, but you have to think of it as a beefy 125; not as a full A2 bike. I loved my YBR125, but I wanted ABS and a tad more power so the GB350 is a great replacement for that.

I've been toying with the idea of replacing my Interceptor 650 with a lighter bike and liked the look of the GB350. I'll probably wait until the BSA Bantam is readily available for a comparison.

Re: Hi all
I would definitely go have a test ride on the GB350 then. It's a really nice bike, but like I say: it's more of a 125-and-a-half. The Majesty 250 I owned also had only 20hp, but because of the CVT and revvy nature of the engine it felt significantly faster than the GB. The GB does loosen up over the course of the first few thousand km and it's really nice as a B-road bike. And it's a lot of fun that you can push it without getting into lose-your-licence territory.
