Hello all,
Just chopped in my XSR 900 for a ‘18 TMAX for the daily commute. My first scooter after a variety of bikes and despite still running it in, so far enjoying it. The weather’s been pretty horrific and had it less than a week so haven’t had an opportunity to explore the handling but it goes well and I’ve never had no chain maintenance, such a plush seat and built in storage space for more than a packet of chewing gum.
So far sports screen and tail tidy on (that was no fun to fit) and Akra system on order.
I’m reliably informed this is the forum for anything scooter related, so looking forward to absorbing the collective knowledge.
Cheers,
Happy.

Welcome Happypants.
I commuted for many years into London and once I'd discovered the convenience of scooters (and the laziness of not having to click the gears etc) never looked back.
XSR 900 a tough act to follow (I had the 700) but think youll find the T max a worthy contender.

Nothing fancy picture wise and filthy already, but probably the cleanest it will be for a while!
