True although for a while it was the home of one of those ill-fated lighter-than-air transport projects and it was amusing to watch the attempts to touch down gently, it was tricky even in a gentle breeze. I don't know if the airships are still based there.

Not seen any bud, mostly it seems to be the noise from the helicopter landing & taking off every 5-10 min's, about 50 feet from the cafe
