Have you been in touch with Yamaha UK/Europe yet?
Did the dealer show you what had broken on the old shock...? How much weld was on the collar and how much should be on it,
duff robot i spose.
What is really worrying is that the replacement failed as well, suggesting that its not just a duff one, but a whole duff batch - either due to a bad design, or a badly engineered manufacturing process (someone failed to program the robot properly).kayz1 wrote: Did the dealer show you what had broken on the old shock...? Most small Yams (including Xmax 300 and 400) are made by MBK. Tmaxs still come from Japan I believe. Not sure if Yamaha are making any scoots in the far East, like the Honda PCX which comes from Thailand.Ralph wrote:I think the 300 is built by MBK in France
