Rode there one icy Christmas, climbed up a bank to get photo of bike, dam, etc lost footing coming down, tumbled about 30 feet, much to the amusement of the holidaying American couple in their hire car, that's why I wear full armoured gear :lol:

so is anybody going down to meet up even if not camping ? i'd go . been ages since my last muppet meet ...used to love the forest of dean run.

Ian migrated to Portugal

He's just taken German Tmax group on tour of West coast of Ireland

Mikes back selling all his stuff before migrating to Spain

that will be why not seen him in ages . an thought mike was going to move closer to kids /grand kids...not spoken in ages to him ether ....

Amazing thing is couple we met from Italian Silverwing group in the Alps 2011 went with Ian and German Tmax group on Ireland trip .

cool... i remember doing the run with ian when the t-max group came over for the uk tour , as i did the wales bit ...
