I recently bought a Puig V-Tech Line taller screen for my Kawasaki J300 http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00M ... UTF8&psc=1, it only took 3 days to arrive - I think it was sent from Germany !
Fitting was really easy, undo the 4 bolts holding the old screen on, remove the old screen, put the new screen on and re-tighten the 4 bolts.
I decided against the Kawasaki tall screen because it requires a panel to be removed and an additional bracket bolted in somewhere.
The PUIG is definitely as thick as any screen I have had before, so no worries about quality.
I took the J300 out today in a really blustery wind, I was being blown sideways now and again along flat open country roads but as far as the screen goes the protection was so much better, the wind noise around my helmet was gone and once I was in town it was great to be able to ride with my visor completely open.
If we ever get a scorching summer again I can always put the original screen back on for maximum coolth - I am one happy bunny.
Many thanks to michaelphillips for helping me decide to go for the PUIG !
The photos below show how much more protection the new one gives over the original.

Yeah - does look good, but almost too tall? Can you see over it? Unless you are a basketball player anyway!

I like the way the handlebar deflectors are blended in from the very front of the screen in a flowing line, looks much better than the Givi version.

I never trust any stuff like that....I once used something similar on my visor, and it made all the rain hang round in little droplets on it! I had a pretty nightmarish ride home that day - it wasn't that bad on an unlit dual carriageway, but where it was lit I had to ride with the visor open, which wasn't great on a dark wet cold night.michaelphillips wrote:never tried these but you can get them in pound shop now http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1-x-Clear-Vie ... 4d14f3a963" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
