Took my PCX 125 in the garage of my motorhome in 2012 and me n wife rode it in Belgium, Germany, Austria and Italy. The PCX handled even the steepest inclines with ease. :D we did only did 600miles on the bike on that trip but enjoyed every minute except for the main road from Trento to lake Garda. Lorries were so fast and frequent on such a small road we decided to turn back and not bother.

Next year we towed the Kawasaki Z1000sx on a trailer to he French Alps, based in Annecey. Trouble was it was mad hot and the heat from the engine was burning my right leg even in leathers. We ended up going out at 7:30 and returning by 11 to avoid the worst heat.

We sold that motorhome and downsized, so now so can't take more than push bikes. However, we will probably take the Black Wing abroad once our 12 year old dog is no longer with us.
Ken.

Experience is something I only ever get a second after I really need it!

Yes, I've ridden there and back from Glasgow a few times on a Suzuki GS850 and a Honda VFR750.
I used to tour round a few countries camping as I went, typically clocking up four to five thousand miles over three weeks.
