Think it said on local news that the Canadian Lancaster has been repaired, and flown back to Coningsby. so they should both be on the flypasts.
As I grow older, my mind doesn't just wander......sometimes it buggers off completely!!
You can't avoid growing up, but you can be immature all your life!

I had arranged to go to East Kirkby to see the flight last Tuesday with a Vespa mate.
It all went tits up though.
Or rather, as mentioned, one of the Lancasters engines did :(

A good ride that day. A little disappointed with fly past. Only 1 circuit. My Mrs was down Revesby on the Sunday and East Kirkby got 4. Still did enjoy what we got.
Ginge.

Those Brylcreem Boys rather took me by surprise @ 15:04 on Sunday 07/09/14 as I was minding my own business, riding on the A678 (Near Youles Motorcycle shop) when these flew over...

I had to quickly pull into a bus stop, grab my phone and figure how to take a picture in less than 10 seconds. Sorry they are so small in the picture, I haven't figured out how to zoom in.

They did several passes back and forth along the seafront on the days they flew at Bournemouth last weekend. (The Memorial Flight) I was shopping in Southbourne when the Lanc buzzed the rooftops overhead as he turned for another run. Fantastic!
I wake up every morning with a smile upon my face,
My natural exuberance spills out all over the place!
