It sounds like you have had a good run for your money with Piaggio. If you can find any person thats had the same experience as yourself only with other types of scooters! It’s nice to hear and you may decide easier along with the service issues.
It sounds like Draggo has had a good run with his Sym!
You have got to remember that the people that manufacture these machines live in a climate nearly all the year round, that we are enduring now in UK!! and they think salt is for putting on chips only.

Will be paying a visit to the bank manager with cap in hand on Monday morning, and just as I'd set my heart on the Daelim S3, what appears to be a stonking bargain has appeared in Cunninghams. A 2012 Aprilia SR Max 125 in Red/Black with 3100 miles on the clock £2400, Its in absolute mint condition. Apparently its previous owner was not the biggest fella in the world and didn't feel comfortable on it, so he's gone back to a Vespa and lost a few hundred quid as well...will let you know how this one goes
