Kymco G-Dink 300

Post by MrGrumpy »

Just seen this article.

Now I do like Kymco, but what with this and the MyRoad, I really think they should sack whoever styles their scooters!!!! So UGLY!

Looks as though it would take someone with very very long legs though! Probably an aquired taste. Personally, I think it's not too bad.
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!

You are correct, that's a European version of the Downtown, lots in Spain.

Its a completely different model from from the Downtown, aka Super Dink.
This new G-Dink is a replacement for the Grand Dink

Funnily enough I was just about to say that. I remembered that the Downtown is the Superdink, not the Grand Dink.
However, in hindsight it would make sense for the engine, electronics and frame to be the same - wouldn't it?
It certainly is vaguely similar in shape.

PS I still wish that the Downtown was sold under the Nikita name. Much nicer than either alternative...
