Normally stop at the car park on the top of Holme Moss adjacent to the radio mastFingers wrote:Would like to jioin In at holmfirth.. what time u gonna be there... and where??
on the A6024 (go on google maps and type in Holme Moss Tintwistle High Peak District)
It's only about 25 minutes from Scott's Cafe so should be there about 9-15. Won't be there
long just time for a fag and take in the views, Having said that if it's pissing down I use a
different route so keep your eye on future post.

Re: Peaks Ride - 24/06/12
Might be being a bit over cautious here but the weather for Sunday is not looking that good at the moment.
So my simple question to Halfabusa or Juanpauk is how much notice do you require to cancel your reservation
at the travel lodge. Hope I don't have to cancel the ride, I don't mind getting caught in the odd shower but
there's no way I'm riding for 3 or 4 hours in constant rain.

Re: Peaks Ride - 24/06/12
unfortunately i booked a saver room so there's no refund for it... i hope we don't end up cancelling the ride as i've been preparing for this big time
We are planning to leave from London around 2-3pm saturday, so if you can let us know before that time, i guess that would be enough notice...

As Fingers says - what time do your expect to be at Holmfirth? There could be 4 of us joining at that point Me. Fingers, Fingers Mate and Scud assuming its not that bad weather wise.
